UDL Series Gearbox

UDL series stepless speed variators are widely used for foodstuffs, ceramics, packing, chemicals, pharmacy, lastics, paper-making, machine-tools, and all kinds of automatic lines, pipelines and assembly lines which need speed regulation.

1. High speed-regulating ,with precision: up to 0.5-1 rotation.
2. Large speed ---changing range: The speed ratio ranges from 1:1.4 to 1:7 freely.

High modular design, biomimetic surface with owned intellectual property right. Adopt German worm hob to process the worm wheel. With the special gear geometry, it gets high torque, efficiency and long life circle.
It can achieve the direct combination for two sets of gearbox. Mounting mode: foot mounted, flange mounted, torque arm mounted. Output shaft: solid shaft, hollow shaft.

Heat treatment

Our company has more than 10 sets of heat treatment equipment, including two carburizing and tempering production lines, two pit furnaces, and two sets of medium and high frequency induction quenching equipment, which can be used for carburizing, tempering, normalizing, tempering, high frequency quenching and other heat treatment processing. The maximum diameter of the heat treated parts is 1600mm, the maximum length is 1600mm, and the maximum single piece weight is 5000kg. The maximum diameter of medium and high frequency quenching is 500mm. Equipped with heat treatment testing equipment (metallographic microscope, metallographic sample polishing machine and metal Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell hardness tester, etc.), it can ensure that the heat treated parts are tested.

Gear machining

Our company has 40 sets of gear and shaft processing equipment, including 4 CNC lathes, 8 hobbing machines, 4 CNC shaping gear grinders, 2 machining centers, 8 internal and external cylindrical grinders, 4 EDM CNC wire cutting machines, which can process gears with a maximum diameter of 2500 mm, a maximum module of 36 mm, and a minimum module of 1.0 mm. The gear accuracy can reach Grade 4 (GB/T10095-2008), and is equipped with gear measuring centers, digital ultrasonic flaw detectors, etc, It can ensure effective detection of gears.
