Cast Sprockets

The general manufacturing method of a large chain wheel is to cast the chain wheel body with a casting process. Its material is
zg310-570. After casting, the chain wheel body shall be subject to annealing heat treatment, normalizing and tempering heat
treatment, and processing screw holes. After that, the bolt shall be installed with the wheel body of the bucket wheel machine
mechanism, and the chain wheel teeth shall be processed on the large gear milling machine, and finally, the tooth surface shall be quenched.
